A continuing series of piano sonatas composed between 2014 and the present, linked by evolving harmonic language, formal discipline, and contrasting expressive aims.
Piano Sonata No. 1 — A two-movement work reflecting discipline and mortality, closing in silence after a gradual dissolution of pulse.
Piano Sonata No. 2 “Wormwood” — A single-movement fantasy-sonata of endurance and transformation, merging toccata energy and lyrical stillness.
Piano Sonata No. 3 “The Esoteric” — A four-movement cycle uniting rhythmic trance, introspection, and fugal climax, turning struggle toward transcendence.
Piano Sonata No. 4 “Coronation” — Written during the pandemic; evokes solemn majesty and introspection within broad Brahmsian harmonies.
Piano Sonata No. 5 — In progress; fuses Prokofiev’s angularity with Scriabin’s mysticism — a ritual of tension and harmonic exploration.
Piano Sonata No. 6 — Begins in innocence, darkens through rhythmic conflict, and returns transformed — radiant yet fragile.
Piano Sonata No. 7 — A jazz-inflected homage to Kapustin, translating groove and virtuosity into structural dialogue.

A developing cycle in all major and minor keys, exploring contrapuntal rigor and modern tonality through tightly woven textures and motivic logic.

Solo Violin
A series of violin sonatas composed between 2014 and 2017, unified by lyric intensity, formal precision, and evolving harmonic language.
Violin Sonata No. 1 — A single-movement solo violin sonata in A minor composed in 2016 and lasting about five minutes. Premiered by violinist Wiesława Żarkowska on May 25, 2017.
